Racing at Flamboro Downs

From the starting gate to the finishing line, Flamboro Downs presents a unique and entertaining outing for individuals and groups alike. Parking and admission is always FREE.

Set on 220 acres on Highway #5 west, between highways 6 and 8, Flamboro Downs has grown substantially since its April 1975 opening with the inclusion of SLOTS. Races are held:

• January thru March ~ 5 days a week
  • Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday @ 1:00pm
  • Friday & Sunday @ 6:00pm
  • Exception - January 1, 2010 @ 1:00pm 
  
  
• April thru May ~ 4 days a week
  • Wednesday & Saturday @ 1:00pm
  • Friday & Sunday @ 6:00pm
  
  
• June thru August ~ 3 days a week
  • Saturday @ 1:00pm
  • Friday & Sunday @ 6:00pm
  • Exception - August 15, 2010 (Confederation Cup Day) @ 1:00 pm 
  
  
• September thru December  ~ 5 days a week
  • Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday @ 1:00pm
  • Friday & Sunday @ 6:00pm
  • Exception - December 26, 2010 @ 1:00 pm
  • Exception - December 24 & 25, 2010 - no racing 

A typical flamboro downs live race card will include at least 10 or 11 races, and often more.
